A process for purifying an aqueous composition including a water-soluble contaminant having lipid groups, e.g. an endotoxin, comprises contacting the composition with a lipophilic component that forms a complex with the contaminant; a first removal step, of material having a size larger than the complex; and a second removal step, of the complex.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour purifier une composition aqueuse comprenant un contaminant soluble dans l'eau, ce contaminant contenant des groupes lipidiques, par exemple, une endotoxine. Ce procédé consiste à mettre la composition en contact avec un composant lipophile qui forme un complexe avec le contaminant. Puis, ce procédé comprend une première étape de suppression consistant à supprimer la matière présentant une taille supérieure à celle du complexe; et une seconde étape consistant à supprimer ledit complexe.
