A method for the purification or recovery of immunoglobulins from plasma or other immunoglobulin-containing material, comprises subjecting the plasma or other immunoglobulin-containing material to chromatographic fractionation on a macroporous anion-exchange resin to recover an immunoglobulin-containing fraction therefrom.

Cette technique de purification d'immunoglobulines ou de récupération de celles-ci dans du plasma sanguin ou d'autres substances les contenant consiste à faire subir au plasma ou aux substances précitées un fractionnement par chromatographie sur une résine échangeuse d'anions à structure macroporeuse. Cette opération permet de récupérer une fraction contenant de l'immunoglobuline.
