The invention provides a method for producing purified compositions of bispecific molecules each comprising (a) an antigen recognition portion that binds a Cab-like receptor and (b) one or more double-stranded DNA molecules cross-linked to the antigen recognition portion. In particular, the invention provides a method for purifying bispecific molecules using alcohol precipitation. The invention also relates to the purified products of bispecific molecules. The purified compositions of the invention are useful for treating Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE).
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire des compositions purifiées de molécules bispécifiques, chacune d'elle comprenant a) une partie de reconnaissance d'antigène qui se lie à un récepteur de type C3b et b) une ou plusieurs molécule(s) d'ADN double brin couplée(s) à la partie de reconnaissance d'antigène. L'invention concerne, en particulier, un procédé permettant de purifier des molécules bispécifiques par précipitation alcoolique. L'invention concerne enfin les produits purifiés de molécules bispécifiques. On utilise les compositions purifiées de l'invention pour traiter le lupus érythémateux aigu disséminé.
