Within the prophylaxis strategies for the control of type A avian influenza caused by viral infection with specific epidemic strain H7N1, a vaccination process is envisaged comprising the preparation of a heterologous vaccine that is administered to an animal population, said vaccine featuring the same subtype of viral haemoagglutinin HA7 and a different subtype of neuroaminidase NA3, and thereafter detecting the viralinfection positiveness by contacting an antigen with at least one genomic sequence that codes for a neuroaminidase NA1 protein with the biological fluids collected from the animals. By subsequently revealing an antigen-antibody reaction by means of a test for detecting positiveness (iIFA, ELISA among others), the vaccinated animals can be discriminated from the other ones. The recombinant antigen is represented by the recombinant glycoprotein neuroaminidase NA1, the genomic sequence of which is carried by a baculovirus and expressed in insect cell.
Dans le cadre des stratégies prophylactiques destinées à combattre la peste aviaire de type A provoquée par l'infection virale par une souche épidémique spécifique H7N1, on a envisagé un processus de vaccination qui comprend la préparation d'un vaccin hétérologue qui est administré à une population animale, ledit vaccin comprenant le même sous-type d'hémo-agglutinine viral HA7 et un sous-type différent de neuro-aminidase NA3, puis la détection de l'infection virale positive par la mise en contact d'un antigène avec au moins une séquence génomique qui code pour une protéine de neuro-aminidase NA1, au moyen des fluides biologiques collectés chez les animaux. En révélant par la suite la réaction antigène-anticorps au moyen d'un test pour détecter la réaction positive (p.ex., iIFA, ELISA), on parvient à discriminer les animaux vaccinés des autres. L'antigène recombinant est représenté par la glycoprotéine de neuro-aminidase NA1 recombinante dont la séquence génomique est transportée par un baculovirus et exprimée dans la cellule d'un insecte.
