Disclosed are compounds of formula (I), wherein R3 is selected from the group consisting of C1-10 alkyl, C1-10 alkenyl, C3-10 cycloalkyl, C4-10 cycloalkylalkyl or C3-10 cycloalkenyl, wherein said alkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl or cycloalkenyl is optionally substituted in one position with hydroxy; or benzyl, wherein said benzyl is optionally substituted in one or two positions with halogen, alkoxy, cycloalkoxy or polycycloalkyl, and wherein said alkyl moiety of said alkoxy or cycloalkoxy substituent is optionally substituted in one position with hydroxy; R8 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C1-10 alkyl, C1-10 alkenyl, C3- 10 cycloalkyl, C4-10 cycloalkylalkyl or C3-10 cycloalkenyl, wherein said alkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl or cycloalkenyl is optionally substituted in one position with hydroxy; or benzyl, wherein said benzyl is optionally substituted in one or two positions with halogen, alkoxy, cycloalkoxy or polycycloalkyl, and wherein said alkyl moiety of said alkoxy or cycloalkoxy is optionally substituted in one position with hydroxy; R6a and R6b are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C1-10 alkyl, C1-10 alkenyl, C3-10 cycloalkyl, C4-10 cycloalkylalkyl, or C3-10 cycloalkenyl, wherein said alkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl or cycloalkenyl is optionally substituted in one position with hydroxy; and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
L'invention concerne des composés de formule (I), dans laquelle R?3¿ est sélectionné dans le groupe constitué d'alkyle C¿1-10?, d'alcényle C¿1-10?, de cycloakyle C¿3-10?, de cycloalkylalkyle C¿4-10? ou de cycloalcényle C¿3-10?, où ledit alkyle, alcényle, cycloalkyle, cycloalkylalkyle ou cycloalcényle est éventuellement substitué par un hydroxy en une position au moins; ou de benzyle, ledit benzyle étant éventuellement substitué, en une ou deux positions, par un halogène, un alcoxy, un cycloalcoxy ou un polycycloalkyle, et la fraction alkyle dudit alcoxy ou du substituant cycloalcoxy étant éventuellement substituée en une position par un hydrogène; R?8¿ est sélectionné dans le groupe constitué d'hydrogène, d'alkyle C¿1-10?, d'alcényle C¿1-10?, de cycloakyle C¿3-10?, de cycloalkylalkyle C¿4-10? ou de cycloalcényle C¿3-10?, où ledit alkyle, alcényle, cycloalkyle, cycloalkylalkyle ou cycloalcényle est éventuellement substitué par un hydroxy en une position; ou de benzyle, ledit benzyle étant éventuellement substitué, en une ou deux positions, par un halogène, un alcoxy, un cycloalcoxy ou un polycycloalkyle, et la fraction alkyle dudit alcoxy ou du cycloalcoxy étant éventuellement substituée en une position par un hydroxy; R?6a¿ et R?6b¿ sont chacun sélectionnés dans le groupe constitué d'hydrogène, d'alkyle C¿1-10?, d'alcényle C¿1-10?, de cycloakyle C¿3-10?, de cycloalkylalkyle C¿4-10? ou de cycloalcényle C¿3-10?, où ledit alkyle, alkényle, cycloalkyle, cycloalkylalkyle ou cycloalcényle est éventuellement substitué par un hydroxy en une position au moins; ainsi que des sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables de ces composés.
