A B S T R A C T PURINONE DERIVATIVES AS BRONCHODILATORS, VASODILATORS AND ANTI-ALLERGIC AGENTS Compounds of the formula (1) : Image (1) and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof are described, wherein R1 is C1-6alkyl or C2-6alkenyl, and R2 is hydrogen or hydroxy. These compounds have vasodilator, bronchodilator and anti-allergic properties. Pharmaceutical compositions are described as are methods of use. Processes for the preparation of the compounds of the formula (1) are described.
