A PUSH-LOCK SWITCH UNIT AND ASSEMBLIES THEREOF Abstract of the Disclosure A push-lock switch unit utilizes a compression spring extended between a housing of the switch unit and a movable member which reciprocates in the housing. The spring is biased diagonally in relation to the axial direction of the reciprocal movement so that the pushing force applied to the movable member when urged into the housing decreases as the member moves into the housing. This enables the operator to depress the switch with minimum force. Assemblies of such switch units are also disclosed.
