ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE PHYSICAL EXERCISING DEVICE A physical exerciser of the push and pull type is disclosed, in which an elongate telescopic system is contractable against the force of a spring, by pushing handles together or by pulling apart tension elements connecting the handles. The improvement is that the ends of the tension elements pass round guide pulleys and are connected to loops so that additional exercises and greater movements can be performed by pulling on the loops with the hands or feet.
