ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A circuit interrupter characterized by a manually operated fast acting switch and an overload relay for tripping the switch in response to current overload as well as reset means therefor. The switch comprises a pair of pushbuttons for manually opening and closing the switch which pushbuttons are effective to move an operating lever for actuating an overcenter toggle mechanism. The reset button is provided in conjunction with one of the pushbuttons inoperable to provide visual indication of the "tripped", or "open" positions.
