A tool consisting of a screw with a locking head and screwdriver designed to hold the screw from slipping. Once the driver is engaged in the screw it will lock and hold the screw in the driver so pushing is only required to start the screw, hence the name "pushless". Simply reverse to take the screw out if desired. It will allow you to pull outwards while turning make removal very easy and leaving no indentation in your working material.
