The present invention relates to a compound of the following formula (I), where R1 is a (C1-C6)alkyl group or a (C3-C6)cycloalkyl group; R2 and R3 are, independently, a (C1-C6)alkyl group, a (C3-C6)cycloalkyl group, a (C1-C6)alkenyl group, a (C1-C6)fluoroalkyl group, a (C1-C3)fluoroalkoxy group, or a (C1-C6)alkoxy(C1-C6)alkyl group substituted (i) by one to three hydroxyl groups or (ii) by an NRaRb, or R2 is a pyrrolidinylmethyl group substituted by one to three hydroxyl groups, assuming that R9 can be a hydrogen atom, or alternatively R2 and R3 are a heterocyclic compound with the nitrogen atom thereof; X and Y are, independently, a phenyl group or heteroaryl group, said heteroaryl and phenyl groups being substitutable, said heteroaryl group being selected from among a thienyl group, a pyridyl group, a pyrimidinyl group, a thiazolyl group, a pyrrolyl group, and furanyl group, as well as to the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The present invention also relates to the composition containing same, as well as to the therapeutic use thereof.

La présente invention concerne un composé de formule (I) suivante :(I) dans laquelle Ri représente un groupe (C1-C6)alkyle ou un groupe (C3-C6)cycloalkyle; R2 et R9 représentent indépendamment un groupe (C1- C6)alkyle, un groupe (C3- C6)cycloalkyle, un groupe (C1-C6)alkényle, un groupe (C1-C6)fluoroalkyle, un groupe (C1- C3)fluoroalcoxy ou un groupe (C1-C6)alcoxy(C1-C6)alkyle, substitué (i) par un à trois groupes hydroxy, ou (ii) par un groupe NR aR b ou bien R2 représente un groupe pyrrolidinylméthyle substitué par un à trois groupes hydroxy étant entendu que R9 peut représenter un atome d'hydrogène ou alternativement R2 et R9 représentent, avec l'atome d'azote qui les porte, un hétérocycle; X et Y représentent indépendamment un groupe phényle ou un groupe hétéroaryle, lesdits groupes hétéroaryle et phényle pouvant être substitués, ledit groupe hétéroaryle étant choisi parmi un groupe thiényle, un groupe pyridyle, un groupe pyrimidinyle, un groupe thiazolyle, un groupe pyrrolyle et un groupe furanyle, ainsi que ses sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables. La présente invention concerne également la composition le contenant ainsi que son utilisation en thérapeutique.
