An aqueous solution which contains a pyrazoloacridone derivative represented by, for example, the following general formula (I) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof and has a pH of 3.5 or lower: (I) wherein R1a, R1b, R1c, and R1d are the same or different and each represents hydrogen, lower alkyl, -(CH2)p-X (wherein p is an integer of 1 to 6 and X represents hydroxy, lower alkoxy, or -NR2aR2b), or -CH[(CH2)nOH]2 (wherein n is an integer of 1 to 5).
