ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE There are described 2,2-dimethyl-cyclopropanecarboxyl- ates having in position 3 of the cyclopropane ring, a poly- halogenated chain having from 3 to 6 carbon atoms. Said compounds are insecticide and acaricide compounds with a high activity and long persistence. There is also described the use of the above mentioned compounds, as well as the synthesys processes and the corresponding intermediates.
