The invention relates to new therapeutically useful pyridazin-3(2H)-one derivatives, to processes for their preparation and to pharmaceutical compositions containing them. These compounds are potent and selective inhibitors of phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4) and are thus useful in the treatment, prevention and suppression of related pathological conditions, diseases and disorders, in particular asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, rheumatoid arthritis, topic dermatitis, psoriasis or irritable bowel disease.
La présente invention a trait à de nouveaux dérivés de pyridazin-3(2H)-one thérapeutiquement utiles de formule (I), à leurs procédés de préparation et à des compositions pharmaceutiques les contenant. Ces composés présentent une activité thérapeutique et une inhibition sélective de la phosphodiestérase 4 (PDE4) et sont donc utiles dans le traitement, la prévention et la suppression de conditions pathologiques, de maladies et de troubles associés, en particulier, l'asthme, la maladie pulmonaire chronique obstructive, la polyarthrite rhumatoïde, la dermatite topique, le psoriasis ou la maladie du côlon irritable.
