Disclosed are new heterocyclic compounds of formula I: (see fig. I) in which Het represents one of the following groups; (see fig. II) or (see fig. III) or (see fig. IV) wherein R11, R13 and R14 independently represents hydrogen or lower alkyl, Z represents S, O or NH; A represents a valency bond, -CH=CH- or -CH2-CH2-; R1 and R2 independently represents nitro, cyano, halogen, amino, carboxamido, aryl, aroyl, pyridyl, alkoxycarbonyl, acyl or one of following groups; (see fig. V) or (see fig. VI) or -COCH2COOR8 wherein R6 represents hydrogen or lower alkyl, R8 represents lower alkyl, R7 represents cyano or COOR10, R10 being hydrogen or a lower alkyl; or R1 and R2 together form a substituted or unsubstituted 5 or 6 membered ring which may contain 1 or 2 heteroatom N; R3, R4, and R5 represents independently hydrogen, hydroxy or lower alkyl and Y represents N or CH. These compounds may be used in the treatment of congestive heart failure.

L'invention porte sur de nouveaux composés hétérocycliques de formule I (voir fig. I), dans laquelle Het représente l'un des groupes suivants (voir fig. II) ou (voir fig. III) ou (voir fig. IV), où R11, R13 et R14 représentent indépendamment de l'hydrogène ou un alkyle inf., Z étant S, O ou NH; A représente une liaison de valence, -CH=CH- ou -CH2-CH2-; R1 et R2 représentent indépendamment un groupe nitro, cyano, halogéno, amino, carboxamido, aryle, aroyle, pyridyle, alcoxycarbonyle, acyle ou l'un des groupes suivants (voir fig. V) ou (voir fig. VI) ou -COCH2COOR8, où R6 représente un hydrogène ou un alkyle inf., R8 un alkyle inf., R7 un cyano ou COOR10, R10 étant un hydrogène ou un alkyle inf.; ou R1 et R2 forment ensemble un cycle de 5 ou 6 chaînons, avec ou sans substitution, pouvant renfermer 1 ou 2 hétéroatomes N; R3, R4 et R5 représentent indépendamment un hydrogène, un hydroxy ou un alkyle inf., et y est N ou CH. Ces composés peuvent être utiles dans le traitement d'une insuffisance cardiaque globale.
