An antifungal agent that has an excellent antifungal activity and excels in not only properties, especially solubility in water but also safety. There are disclosed compounds of the formula (I) and salts thereof. [in the formula, R1 is a hydrogen atom, halogen atom, amino, R11-NH- (R11 is a C1-C6 alkyl, hydroxylated C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 alkoxylated C1-C6 alkyl or C1-C6 alkoxycarbonylated C1-C6 alkyl), R12-(CO)-NH- (R12 is a C1-C6 alkyl or C1-C6 alkoxylated C1-C6 alkyl), C1-C6 alkyl, hydroxylated C1-C6 alkyl, cyano C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 alkoxy, C1-C6 alkoxylated C1-C6 alkyl or phosphonoamino; R2 is a hydrogen atom, C1-C6 alkyl, amino, di-(C1-C6 alkylamino) or phosphonoamino; either X or Y is a nitrogen atom while the other is a nitrogen atom or oxygen atom; the ring A is a 5- or 6-membered heteroaryl ring or benzene ring optionally having one or two C1-C6 alkyls or halogen atoms; Z is a single bond, methylene,ethylene, oxygen atom, sulfur atom, -CH2O-, -OCH2-, -NH-, -CH2NH-, -NHCH2-, -CH2S- or -SCH2-; R3 is a hydrogen atom, halogen atom, or optionally monosubstituted or disubstituted C1-C6 alkyl, C3-C8 cycloalkyl, C6-C10 aryl, 5- or 6-membered heteroaryl or 5- or 6-membered nonaromatic heterocycle; and R4 is a hydrogen atom or halogen atom, provided that either R1 or R2 is phosphonoamino].
L'invention porte sur un agent antifongique qui présente une excellente activité antifongique et présente non seulement d'excellentes propriétés en particulier la solubilité dans l'eau, mais encore la sécurité. L'invention porte sur des composés de la formule (I) et leurs sels. [Dans la formule R1 est un atome d'hydrogène, un atome d'halogène, amino, R11-NH- (R11 représente alkyle en C1-C6, alkyle en C1-C6 hydroxylé, alkyle en C1-C6 alcoxylé par alcoxyle en C1-C6 ou alkyle en C1-C6 alcoxycarbonylé en C1-C6), R12-(CO)-NH- (R12 est un alkyle en C1-C6 ou un alkyle en C1-C6 alcoxylé par alcoxyle en C1-C6), alkyle en C1-C6, alkyle en C1-C6 hydroxylé, cyano alkyle en C1-C6, alcoxy en C1-C6, alkyle en C1-C6 alcoxylé par alcoxyle en C1-C6 ou phosphonoamino; R2 est un atome d'hydrogène, alkyle en C1-C6, amino, di-(alkylamino en C1-C6) ou phosphonoamino; soit X soit Y est un atome d'azote alors que l'autre est un atome d'azote ou un atome d'oxygène; le noyau A est un noyau hétéroaryle à 5 ou chaînons ou un noyau benzénique ayant facultativement un ou deux alkyles en C1-C6 ou atomes d'halogène; Z est une simple liaison, méthylène, éthylène, atome d'oxygène, atome de soufre, -CH2O-, -OCH2-, -NH-, -CH2NH-, -NHCH2-, -CH2S- ou -SCH2-; R3 est un atome d'hydrogène, un atome d'halogène ou un alkyle en C1-C6,cycloalkyle en C3-C8, aryle en C6-C10, hétéroaryle à 5 ou 6 chaînons ou hétérocyclique non aromatique à 5 ou 6 chaînons, facultativement monosubstitués ou disubstitués; et R4 est un atome d'hydrogène ou un atome d'halogène, à la condition que l'un ou l'autre de R1 ou R2 représente phosphonoamino].
