Compounds are disclosed of the formula Image wherein R1 is hydrogen; C1-C6 alkyl; C3-C6 cycloalkyl or diphenylmethyl; Y is -NH(CH2)n-R2 or Image ; R2 is OH or -ONO2; Q is 2 or 3; m is 0 or 1; and n is 2 to 8; and physiologically acceptable acid addition salts thereof. The compounds of formula (I) are of a blood flow-increasing and hypotensive actions and can be used for the therapy or prevention of diseases in the cardiovascular system.
