L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'oligomères, notamment de dimères et de trimères, comme agents d'intercalation de l'acide désoxyribonucléique. Ce procédé est caractérisé par le fait que l'on fait réagir des constituants monomères N assimilables à des plateaux, de structure suivante : (I) Image sur un ensemble moléculaire T-Z-T dans lequel Z représen- te une chaîne moléculaire dont la rigidité, résultant de la structure moléculaire maintient les susdits plateaux dans des plans sensiblement parallèles l'un à l'autre, dans une position compatible avec les conditions de bis- intercalation. Les oligomères obtenus selon ce procédé sont utilisés comme principes actifs de médicaments antitu- moraux.
