The invention relates to a composition for the treatment of hair fall, containing in a physiologically acceptable medium appropriate for a topical application at least one compound having formula (I) wherein R1 is a methyl group or NHR4 wherein R4 is a C1-C4 alkyl group or hydrogen; R2 is hydrogen or a group NHR4 wherein R4 has the same signification as hereabove; R2 may also represent methyl when R1 represents methyl; when R1 represents NH2, R2 cannot be hydrogen; R3 may represent a hydrogen atom, a C1-C4 alkyl group which may optionally carry: a group OR5 wherein R5 is a C1-C4 alkyl group, a benzenic nucleus optionally substituted by one or a plurality of C1-C4 alkoxy groups, R3 may also represent a halogen atom or a nitro or amino group, and the physiologically acceptable acid addition salts.
L'invention concerne une composition destinée au traitement de la chute des cheveux contenant dans un milieu physiologiquement acceptable approprié pour une application topique au moins un composé répondant à la formule (I) : (see formula I) dans laquelle R1 désigne un groupement méthyle ou NHR4 dans lequel R4 désigne un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupement alkyle en C1-C4; R2 désigne un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupement NHR4 dans lequel R4 a la signification précitée, R2 pouvant également désigner un groupement méthyle lorsque R1 désigne un groupement méthyle, sous réserve que R2 ne peut désigner un atome d'hydrogène lorsque R1 désigne NH2; et R3 désigne un atome d'hydrogène ou d'halogène, un groupement nitro ou amino, ou un groupement alkyle en C1-C4 pouvant porter éventuellement un groupement OR5 dans lequel R5 désigne un groupement alkyle en C1-C4, ou un noyau benzénique éventuellement substitué pour au moins un groupement alcoxy en C1-C4; ou l'un de ses sels d'addition d'acides physiologiquement acceptables. Les composés de formule (I) sont particulièrement efficaces pour freiner la chute des cheveux. Ces composés ont par ailleurs l'avantage de ne pas présenter d'effets secondaires pouvant être gênants lors d'une application prolongée.
