ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a compound represented by the general formula (I): Image (I) [wherein R1 is a lower alkyl group or the like, R2 is a lower alkyl group or the like, R3 and R4, which may be the same or different, are halogen atoms or the like, R5, R6 and R7, which may be the same or different, are halogen atoms or the like, and X is =N- or =CH-] or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, which has inhibitory effect on acyl-CoA:cholesterol O-acyltrans- ferase (ACAT), a process for producing said compound, and uses of said compound.
