Disclosed are novel pyrimido compounds of the formula (I) wherein R1 to R9 are as defined in the specification, that are selective inhibitors of both KDR an FGFR kinases and are selective against LCK. These compounds and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts are anti-proliferative agents useful in the treatment or control of solid tumors, in particular breast, colon, lung and prostate tumors. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions containing these compounds and the use for 10 treating cancer.
L'invention présente de nouveaux composés pyrimido de la formule (I) dans laquelle R?1¿ à R?9¿ ont la notation définie dans la description de l'invention, lesquels sont des inhibiteurs sélectifs des kinases à la fois KDR et FGFR et sont sélectifs contre LCK. Ces composés et leurs sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables sont des agents antiprolifération utiles dans le traitement des tumeurs solides ou la lutte contre les tumeurs solides, en particulier les tumeurs du sein, du colon, des poumons et de la prostate. Sont également présentées des compositions pharmaceutiques contenant ces composés ainsi que leur utilisation pour traiter le cancer.
