The invention relates to novel pyrimido-benzimidazole derivatives. Said products exhibit a good affinity for certain melanocortin receptor sub-types, in particular MC4 receptors. Said products represent a particular interest for treating pathological disorders and diseases associated with one or several melanocortin receptors. Pharmaceutical compositions containing said products and the use thereof for a drug preparation are also disclosed.

La présente demande a pour objet de nouveaux dérivés pyrimido-benzimidazole. Ces produits ont une bonne affinité pour certains sous-types de récepteurs des mélanocortines, en particulier des récepteurs MC4. Ils sont particulièrement intéressants pour traiter les états pathologiques et les maladies dans lesquels un ou plusieurs récepteurs des mélanocortines sont impliqués. L'invention concerne également des compositions pharmaceutiques contenant lesdits produits et leur utilisation pour la préparation d'un médicament.
