These compounds have an antagonism to serotonin 2 receptor, a platelet aggregation inhibitory effect, a peripheral circulation improving effect and a lacrimal secretion promoting effect, which makes them useful as drugs for thromboembolism, dry eye, etc.

L'invention concerne des composés de pyrrolidine représentés par la formule générale (I), leurs isomères actifs optiquement ou leurs sels acceptables sur le plan pharmaceutique, formule dans laquelle chaque symbole est défini dans la description, ainsi que des compositions médicinales contenant les composés de la formule générale (I), leurs isomères actifs optiquement ou leurs sels acceptables sur le plan pharmaceutique ou ceux-ci avec des additifs acceptables sur le plan pharmaceutique.
