This compound contains an asymmetric carbon atom; not only the two optically uniform enantiomeric forms but also the racemate are described. The compound of formula I can be manufactured by cleaving off the protecting group (5) from a corresponding compound in which at least one of the two hydroxy groups is protected. It can be administered in galenical administration forms.
