BREVET D'INVENTION NOUVEAUX DERIVES DE LA PYRROLO[I,2-a] AZEPINONE, LEUR PREPARATION ET LES COMPOSITIONS PHARMACEUTIQUES QUI LES CONTIENNENT RHONE-POULENC SANTE ABREGE Nouveaux dérivés de formule (I) dans laquelle R3 = H ou halogène et A) soit R = benzyle ou phénylthio dont les portions phényle peuvent être éventuellement substituées par un ou plusieurs halogène, hydroxy, alcoyle, alcoyloxy ou alcoylthio et R1 et R2, identiques ou différents, représentent alcoyle éventuellement substitué par dialcoylamino dont les parties alcoyle forment éventuellement un cycle pyrrolidinyle-l, pipéridino, morpholino ou pipérazinyle-l substitué par alcoyle, ou bien R1 et R2 forment un hétérocycle choisi parmi pyrrolidine, pipéridine, morpholine et pipérazine substitué par alcoyle, alcényle (2 à 4 C), benzyle ou phénethyle éventuellement substituées par halogène, alcoyle, alcoyloxy, alcoyl- thio, CN, CF3, COOH, carboxyalcoyle, alcoyloxycarbonyle, alcoyloxy- carbonylalcoyle, hydroxyalcoyle, alcoylcarbonyloxyalcoyle dont la partie alcoylcarbonyle = 2 à 18 C B) soit R = phényle éventuellement substitue par un ou plusieurs halogène, hydroxy, alcoyle, alcoyloxy ou alcoylthio et R1 et R2 forment ensemble un cycle pipérazine ou homopipérazine substitués par un radical hydroxyalcoyle (2 à 4 C), alcényle (2 à 4 C), alcynyle (2 à 4 C), benzyle ou phénéthyle éventuellement substituées par halogène, alcoyle, alcoyloxy, alcoylthio, CN, CF3, COOH, carboxyalcoyle, alcoyloxycarbonyle, alcoyloxycarbonylalcoyle, hydroxyalcoyle ou alcoylcarbonyloxyalcoyle dont la partie alcoyl carbonyle = 2 à 18 C, étant entendu que les portions alcoyle citées dans la définition ci-dessus contiennent, sauf mention spéciale, 1 à 4 C en chaîne droite ou ramifiée, ainsi que leurs sels pharmaceuti- quement acceptables.
