Disclosed are novel CRF receptor antagonists and their use as treatment of a variety of disorders, including dissorders manifesting hypersecretion of CRF or associated with CRF or CRF receptors, such as anxiety, and depression. CRF receptor antagonists of the invention have the structure of formula (I), including stereoisomersr or mixture of stereoisomers, pharmaceutically acceptable prodrugs, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein in formula (I) R1 and R2 are independently selected from H, Me or Ome.

L'invention concerne de nouveaux inhibiteurs des récepteurs de la corticolibérine et leur utilisation pour traiter une grande variété de troubles, notamment des troubles se manifestant par une hypersécrétion de la corticolibérine ou bien associés à la corticolibérine ou à des récepteurs de la corticolibérine, comme par exemple l'anxiété et la dépression. Ces inhibiteurs des récepteurs de la corticolibérine présentent la structure répondant à la formule (I) dans laquelle R?1¿ et R?2¿ sont choisis indépendamment parmi H, Me ou OMe. L'invention concerne également leurs stéréoisomères ou un mélange de ceux-ci, leurs promédicaments pharmaceutiquement acceptables, ou bien leurs sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables.
