This invention provides a pyrroloazepine compound represented by the following Formula (I) or (II): (see formula I and II) wherein, when the bond indicated by the dashed line is present, Z1 represents H but, when the bond indicated by the dashed line is absent, Z1 represents H and Z2 represents OH or Z1 and Z2 are taken together to form O or a group NOR1, R1 representing H or an alkyl, aryl or aralkyl group; R represents an alkyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkyl-alkyl, aryl, or aralkyl group; A represents an alkylene, alkenylene or alkynylene group; and Y represents a substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group or a group: (see formula III) in which R2 and R3 represent H or an alkyl, a lower- alkoxy- or aryloxy-substituted alkyl, aryl or aralkyl group; a salt thereof; a preparation process thereof and a therapeutic for circulatory diseases, said therapeutic containing as an active ingredient the pyr- roloazepine derivative or the salt thereof.
