QUADRUPOLE LENS HAVING INTERDIGITATED LOBES ON ADJACENT TUBULAR MEMBERS Abstract of the Disclosure The present invention relates to an accelerating quadrupole lens for use in a cathode ray tube. The lens is comprised of tubular members disposed adjacent each other and having positioned along a common axis bilobular section units provided by one of the tubular members and trilobular section units provided by the other of the tubular members. The bilobular section unit and the trilobular section unit are arranged relative to each other to provide the accelerating quadrupole lens.
