Method for monitoring the quality of an adhesively bonded join between two sub-components of a structure, which comprises the following steps: a) providing the composite-material structure that it is desired to monitor; b) providing at least one prefabricated test device (1) that is representative of one of the sub-components of the structure; c) adhesively bonding said at least one prefabricated test device (1) to the other sub-component (7) of the structure in conditions similar to those of the actual adhesively bonded join of said sub-components; and d) performing at least one mechanical test on said at least one prefabricated test device (1), which makes it possible to assess the quality of said adhesively bonded join.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour le contrôle de qualité d'une liaison collée structurale de deux sous-composants d'une structure. Ledit procédé comprend les étapes suivantes qui consistent : a) à prendre la structure de matériau composé à contrôler; b) à utiliser au moins un dispositif préfabriqué d'essai (1) représentant un des sous-composants de la structure; c) à coller le ou les dispositifs préfabriqués d'essai (1) à l'autre sous-composant (7) de la structure dans des conditions similaires à celles de la liaison collée réelle desdits sous-composants; d) à effectuer au moins un essai mécanique sur le ou les dispositifs préfabriqués d'essai (1) qui permet d'évaluer la qualité de ladite liaison collée.
