A personal care product is provided which includes a package filled with a personal care composition and instructions printed on or associated with the package indicating topical use of the composition on skin for purposes of controlling the signs of aging. The composition includes a quaternary ammonium compound selected from (a) salts of hydroxypropyltri(C1 -C3 alkyl)ammonium mono-substituted monosaccharide; (b) salts of hydroxypropyltri(C1- C3 alkyl)ammonium mono-substituted polyols, the salts having a cation of an average molecular weight no higher than 450 and the salt having a Tg no higher than 10~C; (c) dihydroxypropyltri(C1-C3alkyl)ammonium salts; (d) chlorohydroxypropyltri(C1 -C3alkyl)ammonium salts; and (e) mixtures thereof.
L'invention concerne un produit de soins personnels présentant un emballage comprenant une composition de soins personnels et des instructions imprimées sur celui-ci ou associées à celui-ci, les instructions indiquant l'utilisation topique de la composition sur la peau, aux fins de régulation des signes de vieillissement. La composition comprend un composé d'ammonium quaternaire sélectionné parmi : (a) des sels de monosaccharide mono-substitué d'hydroxypropyltri(C1 -C3 alkyl)ammonium; (b) des sels de polyols mono-substitués d'hydroxypropyltri(C1- C3 alkyl)ammonium, les sels possédant un cation d'un poids moléculaire moyen pas supérieur à 450 et le sel possédant une Tg pas supérieure à 10 °C; (c) des sels de dihydroxypropyltri(C1-C3alkyl)ammonium; (d) des sels de chlorohydroxypropyltri(C1 -C3alkyl)ammonium; et (e) des mélanges de ceux-ci.
