The invention concerns a quick binder for self-compacting concrete comprising, in dry weight of the binder, 70 to 90 % of Portland cement, 4 to 16 % of calcium aluminate, 4 to 14 % of calcium sulphate, an accelerator and a retarder, 0 to 2 % of Ca(OH)2 and at least an additive comprising a water reducer. The calcium sulphate is in the form of anhydrite and the water reducer comprises at least a superplasticizer consisting of a water soluble or water dispersible organic compound, comprising at least an amino-di(alkylene-phosphonic) group and at least a polyoxyalkylated chain or at least one of its salts. The invention also concerns the use of said binder in concrete and its applications in land cofferdam or for urgent repair of a structure, in particular in room temperature conditions higher than 25 ·C.
L'invention est relative à un liant rapide pour béton autocompactant comprenant, en poids sec du liant, 70 à 90% de ciment Portland, 4 à 16% d'aluminate de calcium, 4 à 14% de sulfate de calcium, un accélérateur et un retardateur, 0 à 2% de Ca(OH)2 et au moins un adjuvant comprenant un réducteur d'eau. Le sulfate de calcium est sous forme d'anhydrite et le réducteur d'eau comprend au moins un superplastifiant constitué d'un composé organique hydrosoluble ou hydrodispersable, comportant au moins un groupement amino-di(alkylène-phosphonique) et au moins une chaîne polyoxyalkylée ou au moins un de ses sels. L'utilisation dans un béton et applications au soutènement provisoire ou à la réparation urgente d'un ouvrage, notamment dans des conditions de température ambiante supérieure à 25·C.
