A quick attach accessory tool adapter frame (20,48) is adapted to be mounted onto a quick attachment bracket (24) and held in place. The adapter frame (20,48) has plates (50) mounting a hub (53) to pivotally mount a powered auxiliary tool (11) on a hanger (60). The hanger is formed with spaced plates (60A, 60B) having upper edges (67,68) that will abut against portions of the adapter frame (20,48) to permit only limited pivotal movement of a tool (11) supported by the hanger (60) about a horizontal axis such that the operator can control the position of the tool (11) after the hanger (60) has pivoted against provided stops (49,52H) that limit the pivotal movement of the tool (11) about one axis.
