A mold insert set is provided for use with a mold system having first and second mold bodies, the first and second mold bodies aligning opposite each other during a molding process. Each of the mold bodies has at least one insert receiving region for replaceably receiving an insert of the mold insert set. Each of the inserts has an insert body, a mold cavity formed in the insert body, the mold cavity being for forming an object, and an opening in the mold cavity for aligning with a gas injection region of the mold body in which the insert is received. The gas injection region is where blow gas is introduced to the mold cavity for forming the object.

L'invention porte sur un insert de moule qui s'utilise avec un système de moule possédant un premier et un second corps de moule, le premier et le second corps de moule étant alignés à l'opposé l'un de l'autre au cours d'un procédé de moulage. Chacun des corps de moule est doté d'au moins une zone de réception d'insert afin de recevoir par remplacement un insert de l'ensemble insert de moule. Chacun des inserts comprend un corps d'insert, une cavité de moule formée dans le corps d'insert, cette cavité de moule servant à former un objet, et d'une ouverture pratiquée dans la cavité de moule qui s'aligne sur une zone d'injection de gaz du corps de moule dans laquelle l'insert est reçu. Cette zone d'injection de moule est celle où le gaz soufflé est introduit dans la cavité de moule afin de former l'objet.
