The present invention an improved quick connect hose coupling for connecting a hose to a fixture of the type having a hose stem portion including a hose insert portion (11), having a fixture portion (10) including a fixture connection portion (39), and having a joinder portion (20). The joinder portion (20) includes a male connection portion (38) and a female connection portion (37). Each of the male connection portion (38) and the female connection portion (37) are adapted to join in a sealing and locking manner upon being pushed together. The coupling further includes threads (16) and wrench mating flats (13) adapted to disconnect the hose from the fixture. It is improved by the male connection portion (38) being a unitary structure having a leading support cylindrical surface (56), a following support cylindrical surface (54), and a transition surface (43) intermediate therein between. The leading support cylindrical surface (56) has a leading radius. The following support cylindrical surface (54) has a following radius. The following radius is larger than the leading radius.
La présente invention concerne un raccord rapide destiné à raccorder un tuyau à un appareil, du type muni d'une tige pour tuyau, qui comprend une partie d'insert pour tuyau (11), d'une partie appareil (10), qui comprend une partie de raccordement d'appareil (39), et d'une partie de connexion (20). La partie de connexion (20) comprend une partie de raccordement mâle (38) et une partie de raccordement femelle (37). La partie de raccordement mâle (38) tout comme la partie de raccordement femelle (37) sont conçues pour se raccorder de manière verrouillée et étanche lorsque l'une est insérée dans l'autre. Le raccord comprend en outre un filetage (16) et des plats pour clé de serrage (13) destinés à déconnecter le tuyau de l'appareil. Une amélioration consiste en ce que la partie de raccordement mâle (38) se présente comme une structure unitaire possédant une surface cylindrique de guidage (56), une surface cylindrique de poursuite (54) et une surface de transition (43) disposée entre ces dernières. La surface cylindrique de guidage (56) a un rayon de guidage. Le rayon de poursuite est supérieur au rayon de guidage.
