Quick coupling for pressurized fluids, comprising a quick female coupling having a fluid inlet and outlet and containing in its interior a fixed shutoff bolt act- ing in combination with tubular parts that can be moved against the action of spring means, and the coupling being so designed that there can be inserted into the female part a male coupling fitted with a cylindrical projection having an aperture for the pressurized fluid to be carried away and having internal sealing means, and being so designed that, housed inside the male part, is a sliding tubular part having at the front end a closed wall against which there presses a spring supported by a locally fixed support, in that the tubular part has an external circumferential collar which, in the rest position, presses against an annular step on the inside of the cylindrical projection, in that the tubular part, with the aid of an intermediate O ring, supports, and allows to slide, a shutoff body, which the action of a spring means presses against a shutoff shoulder on the internal circumference of the cylindrical projection and in that the shutoff body has apertures following the shutoff surface to allow a pressurized fluid to pass through.
Cette invention concerne un raccord rapide pour conduites sous pression formé d'un élément femelle ayant un orifice d'entrée, un orifice de sortie ainsi qu'un obturateur fixe agissant de concert avec des pièces tubulaires pouvant être déplacées contre la force d'un ressort, et d'un élément mâle adapté pour s'insérer dans l'élément femelle, ledit élément mâle comportant une saillie cylindrique ayant une ouverture pourlaisser passer le fluide sous pression et un joint d'étanchéité interne. Ledit élément mâle comporte en outre une pièce tubulaire interne coulissante dont l'extrémité avant est fermée par une paroi qui comprime un ressort maintenu en place par un support fixe. Cette pièce tubulaire comporte un rebord extérieur circulaire qui, au repos, est en appui contre un gradin annulaire à l'intérieur de la saillie cylindrique susmentionnée. Cette pièce tubulaire supporte avec l'aide d'un joint torique un obturateur coulissant qu'un ressort pousse contre un épaulement intérieur de ladite saille cylindrique, ledit obturateur ayant des ouvertures au-delà de l'épaulement intérieur pour permettre le passage du fluide sous pression.
