The invention relates to a fast coupling unit (1) for lines conducting free- flowing media, in which a check valve (5) is integrated for controlling the pressure of the medium or venting the lines conducting the medium. Said check valve (5) is arranged in a secondary branch (4) that is opened outwards and extends from the main line of the fast coupling unit (1). Its valve body (10) is moved by a restoring force from its position blocking the passage of the medium into its position allowing the passage of the medium by means of a valve lifter (12) that can be accessed from the outside. The secondary branch (4) is at the same time the valve housing (4) of the check valve (5). The valve body (10) that can be axially moved in the valve housing (4) is configured in an integral manner and has a valve cone (11), the valve seat of which is configured as a corresponding conical surface (16) in a hollow counterpiece (17) sealingly inserted in the open end of the secondary branch (4) or valve housing (4) against the inner wall thereof. The check valve (5) has the advantage that it consists of few individual parts, which can be produced and mounted in a simple and economical manner and are preferably made of plastic. This enables greater air-tightness of the valve when it is closed.
L'invention concerne une unité de raccordement rapide (1) conçue pour des conduites transportant des substances à circulation ou écoulement libre, dans laquelle une soupape de non-retour (5) est intégrée pour commander la pression des substances ou pour purger les conduites transportant les substances. La soupape de non-retour (5) est disposée dans un embranchement latéral (4) ouvert vers l'extérieur qui s'étend à partir de la conduite principale de l'unité de raccordement rapide (1), et le corps (10) de cette soupape de non-retour passe de la position dans laquelle il bloque le passage des substances à la position dans laquelle il libère le passage des substances, contre une force de rappel, par l'intermédiaire d'un poussoir de soupape (12) accessible de l'extérieur. A cet effet, l'embranchement latéral (4) sert simultanément de logement (4) à la soupape de non-retour (5). Le corps de soupape (10), qui peut être déplacé axialement dans le logement de soupape (4), est formé d'une seule pièce et comporte un cône de soupape (11) dont le siège de soupape est configuré sous la forme d'une surface conique correspondante (16) sur une pièce complémentaire (17) creuse qui est insérée dans l'extrémité ouverte de l'embranchement latéral (4) ou logement de soupape (4), de manière étanche, contre sa paroi interne. La soupape de non-retour (5) présente l'avantage de ne comporter qu'un nombre réduit de pièces individuelles, qui peuvent être produites de préférence à partir d'un matériau plastique et montées de manière simple et peu onéreuse, ce qui permet d'accroître l'étanchéité de cette soupape, lorsqu'elle est fermée.
