ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention relates to a method of freezing cattle meat quickly finished by means of brine. The brine is prepared by adding rapeseed oil to a solution comprising propylene glycol, calcium chloride and water. The brine is cooled and subsequently the cattle meat is immersed in the brine for freezing.
