ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention relates to a method of freezing fishery products quickly finished by means of the brine. The brine is prepared by adding rapeseed oil to a solution comprising propylene glycol, calcium chloride and water. The brine is cooled and subsequently the fishery products are immersed in the brine for freezing.
