ABSTRACT For: Quick-opening bag for packaging, especially for vacuum packaging, food products in particular coffee. The invention relates to a bag for packaging, especially vacuum packaging, folded so as to have a substantially parallelepipedic shape. It has a rectangular upper end zone (4) which is composed of two surfaces protecting upwards from the upper face of the bag and in which the bag is sealed by a weld line which extends parallel to the long sides of the rectangular zone, the latter having, substantially in the centre, a through cutout (8) which has an edge (9) substantially parallel to the long sides (5, 6) of the rectangular zone and the upper end of which is situated between the weld line (7) and the long upper side (5), the said edge (9) being continued substantially at right angles to its lower end by an edge (10) arranged substan- tially parallel to the long sides (5, 6) between the weld line (7) and the long lower side (6).
