ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A lock for securing quick-release wheels, and some quick- release seats, to the frame of a bicycle comprises a hinged clasp, with notches cut in one arm, which when in locking position is clamped tight on the bicycle frame and the lever. The second main component is comprised of a body which contains a locking mechanism. The shape of the clasp enables it to fit securely around the quick-release lever and the frame when the locking mechanism is mated with it. A wheel may be secured to, or released from the frame, only with the use of a key. The quick-release wheel lock need not be removed in order to use the bicycle.
