A fastener (10) comprising a cylindrical member (12) connected to a first strap (15) section along the cylinder's (12) wall, a tube-shaped member (11) connected to a second strap (16) section along the tube's (11) wall. The tube (11) has an opening (13) within its wall to allow the passage of the first strap (15) therethrough, and may comprise a display window covered with a magnifying glass to allow the assessment of the relative tension between the two opposing straps (15,16). The first strap (15) section is attached to the second strap (16) section by inserting the cylinder (12) in the tube (11). The fastener (10) is adapted to be brought to a fastened state in which the first strap (15) and second strap (16) are connected via the fastener (10) at a desired tension and an unfastened state in which the first strap (15) and second strap (16) are separated.
Selon la présente invention, une attache comprend un élément cylindrique rattaché à une première section de sangle le long de la paroi d'un cylindre, un élément en forme de tube rattaché à une seconde section de sangle le long de ladite paroi. Ce tube présente une ouverture au sein de sa paroi afin de permettre le passage de la première sangle et peut comporter une fenêtre d'affichage recouverte d'une loupe de façon à permettre l'évaluation de la tension relative entre les deux sangles opposées. Ladite première section de sangle est attachée à la seconde section de sangle par insertion du cylindre dans le tube. L'attache est conçue pour être amenée, d'une part, à un état attaché, auquel les première et seconde sangles sont rattachées via l'attache à une certaine tension souhaitée, et, d'autre part, à un état détaché, auquel les première et seconde sangles sont séparées.
