ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A device for fastening and securing a portable frame having two longitudinal arms connected to a frame. Each of the arms has a horizontal mount pipe secured, pinned and locked at a permanent housing on a frame. The housing is positioned within the horizontal frame connector for security and support of a quick release plastic fender combination forming a axial housing whereby the fender may be fastened to and unfastened from, in a single quick action.
