Compounds of formula I, (see fig. I) wherein R1 represents C1-4 alkoxy optionally substituted by one or more fluorine atoms; R2 represents an aryl group or a heteroaryl group, optionally substituted by C1-4 alkyl or SO2NH2; R3 represents a 4-, 5-, 6-. or 7-membered heterocyclic ring containing at least one heteroatom selected from N. O and S, the ring being optionally fused to a benzene ring or a 5- or 6-membered heterocyclic ring containing at least one heteroatom selected from N, O and S, the ring system as a whole being optionally substituted; X represents CH or N: and L is absent, or represents a cyclic group of formula Ia. (see fig.Ia) or represents a chain of formula Ib, (see fig.Ib) ; and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. are useful in the treatment of a variety of disorders including benign prostatic hyperplasia.

I), où R1 représente un alcoxy C1-4 avec substitution facultative par un ou plusieurs atomes de fluor; R2 représente un groupe aryle ou hétéroaryle, avec substitution facultative par un alkyle C1-4 ou par SO2NH2; R3 représente un hétérocycle à 4, 5, 6 ou 7 chaînons, renfermant au moins un hétéroatome choisi parmi N, O et S; cet hétérocycle est facultativement condensé avec un noyau benzénique ou un hétérocycle à 5 ou 6 chaînons, renfermant au moins un hétéroatome choisi parmi N, O et S; le système cyclique dans son ensemble est avec substitution facultative; X représente CH ou N: L est absent ou représente un groupe cyclique de formule Ia (voir fig. Ia) ou une chaîne de formule Ib (voir fig. Ib). L'invention porte également sur des sels pharmacocompatibles de ces composés. Ils sont utiles pour le traitement de divers troubles, notamment de l'hyperplasie prostatique bénigne.
