A quinolinecarboxylic acid derivative represented by general formula (I), a salt thereof, an antibacterial containing the same as the active ingredient, and a therapeutic method. In said formula R1 represents C1-C6 alkyl, C2-C6 alkenyl, C3-C7 cycloalkyl or aryl, each of which may be substituted; R2 represents hydrogen; halogen; optionally protected hydroxy, amino or C1-C6 alkylamino; C1-C6 dialkylamino; or C1-C6 alkyl; R3 represents hydrogen or C1- C6 alkyl; A represents nitrogen or the group in formula (a), (wherein A' represents hydrogen, halogen, C1-C6 alkyl, optionally substituted C1-C6 alkoxy, cyano or nitro, provided A' may form a ring together with R1, and the ring may further contain oxygen, nitrogen or sulfur as the constituent atom and may be substituted by C1-C6 alkyl); and x represents hydroxymethyl, or optionally substituted aminomethyl or amino.
La présente invention concerne un dérivé d'acide quinoléine-carboxylique représenté par la formule générale (I), un sel de ce dérivé, un antibactérien contenant ce dérivé comme principe actif et le procédé thérapeutique.
