[PROBLEMS] To provide a compound having an excellent inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] Disclosed is a quinolone derivative having a lower alkyl, a cycloalkyl or the like at the 1-position; -N(R0)C(O)-lower alkylene-CO2R0, a lower alkylene-CO2R0, a lower alkenylene-CO2R0, -O-lower alkenylene-CO2R0, -O-(-lower alkylene which may be substituted by -CO2R0)-aryl, -O-lower alkenylene-CO2R0 (wherein R0 represents H or a lower alkyl) at the 3-position; a halogen at the 6-position; and an amino group substituted by a substituent having a cyclic structure at the 7-position, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. It is found that the quinolone derivative has an excellent P2Y12Y-inhibiting effect. It is also found that the quinolone derivative has an excellent inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation. Therefore, the quinolone derivative or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is useful as a platelet aggregation inhibitor.
Le problème à résoudre dans le cadre de la présente invention consiste à trouver un composé doté d'un excellent effet inhibiteur sur l'agrégation plaquettaire. La solution proposée est d'utiliser un dérivé de la quinolone possédant un alkyle inférieur, un cycloalkyle ou analogue en position 1 ; -N(R0)C(O)-alkylène inférieur-CO2R0, un alkylène inférieur-CO2R0, un alkénylène inférieur-CO2R0, -O-alkénylène inférieur-CO2R0, -O-(-alkylène inférieur qui peut être substitué par -CO2R0)-aryle, -O-alkénylène inférieur-CO2R0 (où R0 représente H ou un alkyle inférieur) en position 3; un halogène en position 6; et un groupe amino substitué par un substituant possédant une structure cyclique en position 7, ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci. Il s'avère que le dérivé de quinolone possède un excellent effet inhibiteur vis-à-vis de P2Y12Y. Il s'avère également que le dérivé de quinolone possède un excellent effet inhibiteur vis-à-vis de l'agrégation plaquettaire. Par conséquent, le dérivé de quinolone ou le sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci est utile en tant qu'inhibiteur de l'agrégation plaquettaire.
