A quinolone derivative represented by the following formula (1): Image ( 1 ) wherein R1 represents a substituted or unsubstituted isoxazolyl group or a substituted or unsubstituted isothiazolyl group, R2 represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a lower alkyl group, a hydroxyl group, an amino group or a nitro group, R3 represents a hydrogen atom or a halogen atom, and Y represents a halogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted saturated cyclic amino group or H2N-(CH2)m-A- or a salt thereof and an antibac- terial agent containing the same. The compounds according to the present invention are useful as antibacterial agents. They can be used as pharmaceuticals for human bodies and animals and also as medicines for fishes, agricultural chemicals and food preservatives. Furthermore, their anti-HIV activities are expected.
L'invention concerne un dérivé de quinolone représenté par la formule générale (1), ou d'un sel de celle-ci, ainsi qu'un agent antibactérien le contenant. Dans ladite formule (1) R<1> représente isoxazolyle ou isothiazolyle pouvant être chacun substitués; R<2> représente hydrogène, halogène, alkyle inférieur, hydroxy, amino ou nitro; R<3> représente hydrogène ou halogène; et Y représente halogène, amino cyclique saturé facultativement substitué ou H2N-(CH2)m-A-. Ce composé est utile comme agent antibactérien, on peut l'utiliser comme médicaments de traitement de l'homme et de l'animal, médicaments destinés aux poissons, pesticides et conservateurs alimentaires, et l'on pense qu'il présente une activité anti-VIH.
