[Problem] Provided is a compound which has a PDE9-inhibiting action and is useful as an active ingredient for an agent for treating and/or preventing storage dysfunction, voiding dysfunction, and bladder/urethral diseases, and the like. [Means for Solution] The present inventors have investigated a compound which has a PDE9-inhibiting action and is useful as an active ingredient for an agent for treating and/or preventing storage dysfunction, voiding dysfunction, and bladder/urethral diseases, and the like, and thus, have found that an imidazoquinoxaline compound or a triazoloquinoxaline compound has a PDE9-inhibiting action, thereby completing the present invention. The imidazoquinoxaline compound or the triazoloquinoxaline compound of the present invention has a PDE9-inhibiting action and can be used as an agent for preventing and/or treating storage dysfunction, voiding dysfunction, and bladder/urethral diseases, and the like.
L'invention porte sur des composés qui sont dotés d'une activité inhibitrice de la PDE9 et peuvent servir de principe actif de produits thérapeutiques et/ou préventifs pour les troubles de collecte de l'urine, les troubles de la miction, les maladies de la vessie/du tractus urinaire, etc. À la suite d'études sur des composés dotés d'une activité inhibitrice de la PDE9 et utiles en tant que principe actif de produits thérapeutiques/ou préventifs pour les troubles de collecte de l'urine, les troubles de la miction, les maladies de la vessie/du tractus urinaire, etc., il est confirmé qu'un composé d'imidazoquinoxaline ou un composé de triazoloquinoxaline présente une activité inhibitrice de la PDE9. Le composé d'imidazoquinoxaline précité ou le composé de triazoloquinoxaline précité présente une activité inhibitrice de la PDE9 et peut servir de produits préventifs et/ou produits thérapeutiques pour les troubles de la collecte de l'urine, les troubles de la miction, les maladies de la vessie/du tractus urinaire, etc.
