Disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition for treat- ing tinnitus in a mammal which comprises a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of the formula Image I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein A is N or CH; R1 and R2 are each alkyl, halo or CF3: R3 is cyclo- alkyl, CF3, aryl or (substituted) alkyl and R4 is H, cyclo- alkyl or (substituted) alkyl.
