The present invention relates to a device to hold down small vehicles to a surface such as quads, snowmobiles and tractors, by the use of a base bolted to the surface in each side of the vehicle, having a body connected to the base. The body having two longitudinal arms protruding in a horizontal and opposite directions. The arms having a concave metal plate in its outer free end directed to the tires of the vehicle. By the use of two chains connected to each device, one placed on top of the vehicle and one through the frame, will secure the vehicle to the surface intended.
