TITLE RACK FOR BARBEQUE SPIT INVENTOR John PUCHAILO ABSTRACT Disclosed is a rack for mounting onto a rotating shaft of a barbeque spit so that spare-ribs may be placed onto the rack and as the rack is rotated by the spit so are the ribs for cooking. Mounting of the ribs on the rack is simplictically achieved by the use of rib holding assembly composed essentially of a flat bed member against which the ribs rest. The ribs are held by the assembly on and against the bed by a super-adjacent retaining pin which extends essentially parallel to the bed the total length thereof. This retaining pin, is conveniently adjusted in its height above the bed by vertically standing support pins which are mounted at each end of the bed, the extent of the support pin projecting above the bed being adjustable by convenient means. Four rib holding assembles are orthogonally positioned to form the rack.
